Why not every shipping method is offered every time
Which shipping methods you see in the cart depends on what you have ordered — not every item fits into every kind of packaging.
Large letter is enough for a single game in its original case. Two cases stacked are too thick for letter format, so it moves on to the small parcel automatically. The large letter has no tracking and no transport insurance.
DHL small parcel takes several games and has tracking. Liability is limited to €20 in goods value.
DHL parcel is the safe choice, and for larger orders the only one: tracking and transport insurance included. Consoles, controllers, collectible figures, Amiibo and higher-value collector's items we always send as a parcel — those pieces are too good to risk. From €49.00 order value the parcel is free.
Delivery within the EU
We deliver to the countries of the European Union. Shipping is by DHL International parcel at a flat rate of €19.90, with tracking. Within the EU there are no customs duties or import charges. Which countries we deliver to is listed in our payment and shipping terms.

Delivery time
Unless stated otherwise in the offer, we deliver within Germany in 3–5 working days and within the EU in 5–7 working days after the contract is concluded. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send them in one shipment; the item with the longest delivery time then applies. In practice most of it goes out considerably faster — these figures are the binding frame, not our ambition.
Tracking
With every shipping method except the large letter you automatically receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Packaging
Padded envelopes, sturdy boxes, original packaging carefully wrapped. Collector's items arrive the way they were sent. Where possible we use recycled material and boxes that have been used before — what counts is the goods, not the wrapping.
