Cancel contract

Here you can withdraw from your order. You do not have to give a reason. With us the period is one month from receipt of the goods.

How it works

Send us the following details by email to widerruf@gc-games.de. You will receive a confirmation from us with the date and time of receipt.

What happens next

We confirm receipt. You then send the goods back to the address above within 14 days; you bear the direct cost of the return. We refund the purchase price including the original shipping costs at the latest 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until the goods have reached us or you have provided proof of dispatch.

Goods damaged or wrong?

Then it is not a withdrawal but a defect — and in that case we pay for the return. Just write to us, ideally with a photo. More on the Returns page.
